Q: How many dogs are walked at one time?
A: We believe dogs have more fun when they are walked in small groups, but we can also walk dogs individually. We keep our groups small, up to four dogs with one walker or six dogs with two walkers. We carefully select groups according to age, breed and exercise requirements and we can discuss this with the owner beforehand.

Q: Will I meet Terese, Emma or Jill?
A: Yes! We always offer a free initial consultation at your home, with no obligation to use our services. This will give us a chance to learn more about your dog and their needs and for you to ask us anything you wish to know.

Q: Will my dog be supervised at all times?
A: Yes, your dog’s safety is our number one priority and your dog will never be left unsupervised and unattended.

Q: Do you walk all breeds?
A: Yes, we walk dogs of all shapes and sizes. If a dog is particularly big, we might advise an individual walk.

Q: Can dogs be walked off the lead?
A: In most cases, yes they can in safe areas away from roads once they are relaxed enough to return on command. We will only let them off the lead once you have given your written consent that it is safe to do so.

Q: When can you walk my dog?
A: We walk dogs all day, seven days a week. We can also cater for early morning and evening walks. We can walk your dog as often as you wish, anything from two walks a day to one walk a week.

Q: What do I need to sign / agree to?
A: Whether your dog is being walked, or groomed, or your cat being fed, when we meet you we go through our various Disclaimers and Forms with you; it’s simple!! They include Key Release Form, Off Lead Disclaimer & a Veterinary Release Form. And once we have presented you with our Service Agreement, which acts as your guarantee, we are off!!

Q: Have you got a fully equipped (home) Dog Grooming salon?
A: Yes! With a state of the art salon Hydrobath and grooming equipment.

Q: How do I pay Just Like Home or Pampered to Perfection ?
A: Payment can be arranged weekly or monthly to suit. We accept BACS or cash.
